HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
All products have an individual shipping speed. Please read the description on the product to know the turnaround time. However, we do offer Rush Shipping as an additional product for those items you needed yesterday.
Our standard turn time is 2-3 weeks, however if it has changed, there will be a notice on the home page which will apply to ALL orders regardless of what it says in any individual listing.
MY ITEM HAS NOT ARRIVED ON TIME, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Contact your local post office and have them track the package. Unfortunately, I cannot control the package once it leaves my shop.

I AM NOT SURE WHAT SIZE TO ORDER, HOW SHOULD I DECIDE?
We are always happy to accommodate custom sizing. Message/email us and we will figure out the best size for your child.
CAN YOU MAKE ADULT SIZE?
At this time we do not, but please feel free to email me on inquiries at email@example.com.
MAY I EDIT AN ORDER AFTER I PAID?
You will need to contact us ASAP. If your order has been started, we may not be able to make adjustments, but we will do our best to accommodate if the materials have not already been cut to the ordered sizes.
If you see a tracking number on your original order then you may not edit.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We will ship internationally, but surcharges may apply.
